[Reactions] Option to react with multiple of the same emoji

Users often use the letter emoji symbols to spell out words when reacting to posts.

However, users cannot use the same letter twice if they've already used that letter as a reaction. It would be awesome if you could.

One might argue that it's a bad idea because people will start trying to spell out sentences in channels they cannot speak in, but an additional setting could prevent that:
"Allow duplicate reactions from users" ✔️❌

An implementation of this could be a ctrl + click when reacting to a message, or a toggle-able setting that allows duplicate emojis somewhere in the UI, whether it's in the reaction panel or server settings it would still help.
