Feature Request: Voice Messages

Similar to what's found on WhatsApp and other social platforms, I believe this feature would be extremely useful for Discord. It's honestly the one feature that I've seen elsewhere and thought Discord was missing.

It would be used in text channels and function as an alternative to texting, for when you're too occupied (or lazy) to type, and don't want to do so entirely on a voice chat. Sometimes there is a conversation happening in text that you would like to join without having to physically write. Plus, you get to hear your friends' voices for a change.
