Can't scroll anywhere in discord if I tab between it and my second firefox window

It took me awhile to figure out the exact requirements to trigger it, but I have noticed that every time I tab away from discord (on my second monitor) to the second firefox window (also on that same second monitor), discord will no longer allow me to scroll normally with the mouse wheel (not just in text chat, but also in the options menus).  Any other window or program does not cause issues, and switching to the firefox window on my first monitor doesn't cause issue either.  Switching focus back to Discord doesn't fix the issue.  Reloading Discord with Control+R fixes the scrolling issue until I trigger it again with switching to my second firefox window.

This has been happening for around a month or so and is a recent issue I've never had problems with before.

I'm using desktop Discord.

Just in-case it is somehow relevant, my firefox version is 93.0 (64-bit)
