Stop resetting Discord's phone app to default settings after updates.

My friend made it very aware to me that the Discord phone app resets its setting to default after each update. This includes settings for phone notifications, which woke him up while he was sleeping and annoyed him immensely since he usually has these notifications on silent. I'm annoyed by the fact that this is even a thing, resetting settings to default after updates.
