Feature Request to Display/Freeze a Message, similar to Freezing a Row in Excel

As a mod/server owner/admin, I would love to see a feature where you could display a message of your choice at all times when you scroll through a text channel. 

I'm envisioning this similar to Excel's Freeze Row feature. Most people do not check Pinned messages immediately and it'll be easier to visually see an important message (e.g. server information displayed at all times)

    Yes! Agreed. This would definitely help manage a channel's communication better.
