add share screen to stage rooms

this would be useful because then you could present things or play games with friends. for example if you are playing jack box and playing a game where only a few people talk and listen to this would help with having an audience on things.

  I second this!! if you have a big discord and you want to be able to share with your other members but you don't want them talking over you it would be very handy to be able to share your screen.
