Same favourite gifs on different devices (cloud storage for gifs)

GIFs are a very common way to communicate. Eventually, people will gather their own set of favourite GIFs that properly reflect what they want to say. It is however tiresome when you switch to a new device, as you don't keep your previous collection. If you're on enough devices, you will have all of your favourite GIFs scattered. Please take this QoL request into consideration, and make it easier for us to properly show our love/ hate for someone the most efficient way possible <3
