Discord sends DM notifications only once and never again until you open discord a second time.

On Android, discord pushes a notification when you get a DM for one time and wouldn never push another one until you open discord again. Any subsequent DMs would be edited into that first notification silently. What makes this really REALLY annoying is that if you delete that notification you won't be able to know that you got new DMs unless you open discord again. Please fix this.
