Hacked Account & Bad Support

I had my account hacked and taken from me on a Saturday night. It is now Wednesday afternoon and I have heard nothing back from the support team about getting my account back. My account with personal information, years of conversations, friends, and my identity attached to it. What the hell is taking so long? An issue like this should be top priority for a company like this. Get it together.
