Unlinking a phantom wallet

Hi all, how do I disconnect my wallet on Discord as it's showing my empty one not the one my NFTs are actually in when I'm trying to verify my nfts. I’ve tried loads. The verify.grapes.network is all correct and using correct wallet yet is wrong here - it’s frustrating! Anyone see where I can disconnect wallet here on the discord! When I verify to the correct NFT wallet and then DM grape it to verify it Still is linked to the other empty one!!!! I've done all the steps to unlink but can't see this one 'Disconnect the Old Wallet [Top Right]’ but I can’t find that!!!! Thanks all
