  Same issue, started happening last night. Submitted a ticket and was told “connectivity” was fixed - tried and no change. Updated my ticket but haven’t heard anything back. Rebooted multiple times, offloaded the app and reinstalled - no change

  Same thing, the app stopped opening on my iPad yesterday but still worked on my phone. Now today it won’t open on my phone anymore either.

  delete  and reinstall app  it started working again for me after trying that
