[Bug] [Android] Emotes panel content jumps around

So. Take your Android phone, works for me with Android 11 and Discord 98.6 - Stable (98006). Open Discord, go to any channel with slowmode. Send any message there for slowmode to start ticking on you. Open emotes panel and scroll down. As soon as slowmode timer will go to 0, emotes panel will instantly jump back to the top. I don't think that's supposed to happen. Thanks.
