Using both Mobile and Pc at the same time - Modular Streaming

It could be used for several diferent reasons, e.g.:

-Using your phone to video stream your face while using your pc's trusty microphone/headset

- Voice chat with your phone as a backup while your pc is streaming a game at the same call

-Using your phone to Voice chat while your pc handles the video.

Right now we can only be on a call/stream on either mobile or pc but not both at the same time. Currently, the only way to have this is by managing a 2nd account and using an account on each device for each thing...

And that's a pain...
