DM Seen/Read Notification (READ!!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE TO VOTE ON THIS)

Hey Discord

It would be a good feature to add to discord. So if I send a message to one of my friends on DMs, It would show if they actually saw it or if they haven't read the message I sent. This would be really good as you can not go asking if they read the message and maybe if they don't want disturbance maybe you could be peaceful to send it. Also it is good to maybe find someone's feelings if you made them angry or sad or happy. So I would like a new feature like this.
