category collapse like on mobile

Hey I would like to offer the idea of bringing the way discord collapses voice chat categories on mobile to desktop.

For people who don't know: On mobile if you want to collapse a category which includes voice chats and those are filled with users, those filled voice chats wont collapse. Only the empty ones.

In my opinion this helps declutter big servers with a lot of voice chats and would be an amazing setting for discord desktop.

    Thats how it works on phone aswell. The empty VCs collapse and the VCs with members in it will also collapse but still show the users avatar icon.
