Limit sending / completely disable emoji for one role using auto moderation

Sorry, my english is not so good, but i'll try

Is it possible to disable or restrict the ability to send emoji to one role only? I clarify that I mean all emojis, not only external ones

Let's say the user has two roles: Role 1 and Role 2. Role 1 is whitelisted to use emojis. Role 2 is resctricted. My goal is for the user to be limited in sending emoji by having both of these roles


I tried to find at least one auto-moderation bot that would allow it, but I could not find anything that would meet my requirements. 

Сan someone help me in my search? Or do I have to learn programming in order to make such a bot?

    No, you need not to programm an special BOT for this.
    Emoji limitation could not be done via discord only. As you said, you need a Bot, witch counts the number af emojis in the message an then deletes the message. There are a ton of BOTs that support sutch filtering.
    For example Wick or Carl-Bot to name a view...

    Carl has an option only for whitelisted roles. If I want to have a blacklisted role that would be prohibited from sending emojis, Carl will not help me.

    In addition, it does not have an emoji filter, as far as I remember, only for attachments.

    I need a bot that goes deeper into auto-moderation
