Support does not respond
My main account was hacked and stolen over a month ago and despite my many attempts to get a response from support to see what we could do about it, so far only Clyde (the bot) has given me a response. I can understand 10 or 15 days but an entire month, almost two, is way too long.
I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have much of an incentive to get this account back but I created the account right after discord launched and it has years of history which includes the first messages between my girlfriend of over two years and I. I also had to close my paypal because the hacker had free access to make as many Nitro purchases as they wanted which is funny cause there were always multiple security steps for me whenever I made a nitro purchase, I guess hackers get a free pass.
After years of supporting discord I expected better, way better.

i got the same issue here the staff does not care about us at all i made over 10 tickets and i dont get my account back i guess they are not even reading this post here and ignoring us at all

Don't bother I have to use multiple emails just to get a human response from someone they literally have the resources to make a better genuine support service like a server with live chat or direct message support its ridiculous

Yeah it's really unfortunate, you'd think a company worth billions could establish an at least decent support team and website but I guess not. It feels like the support team is sitting back in their chairs sharing memes with each other rather than actually doing their job.
Oh well, if I lose the account so be it, I was just hoping that being an early supporter of Discord would actually mean something.
