Copy text with bold, italic, etc.

Since the Quote button been replaced by Reply button (although doing it manually by > is still possible), we can no longer copy a message with the Bold, Italic, and others again. It may be good for a short term, but in case we need to move channel--or even send one's message to DM, this is problematic since those used for emphasizing, etc.

Please bring back Quote button (while keeping Reply) and/or make Copy have such feature (the latter inspired by WhatsApp)
