Why is my case open, yet no one is responding.
I have made a case regarding a refund as well as having my account hacked. I was hacked into and I explained this to discord the day of the purchase. It has been 3 full days now since the event has taken place and I have made multiple requests for it. It seems as if each of my requests are closed and merged into another one. I just want someone to reply to me since the amount that was spent was extremely expensive. I've contacted my bank and they told me to wait for discord but since discord doesn't have a phone number I can call. It makes it extremely hard to be patient. I'm just scared that my case might be closed and I can't get the refund anymore. If anyone who works in discord happens to see this my request number is 17690675 and the situation was being handled by Alfred, please just get him to reply I am extremely desperate to get into contact with someone and right now the most I have gotten was an automated response from Clyde

Hey bud best to tell your bank just to close your card and label the money you lost as fraud control if your bank does that. Discord support is genuinely terrible. Just say an account with your card was compromised and have to close this card and any charges that was one that card I didn't make and has to be labeled as fraud control and if your banks cool enough they should help get your money back to you.
