Lack of Support.

I had a issue and contacted support in regards to getting my account fixed, instead of answering my questions the email responses were vague and rather frustrating. If you want to run a company maybe have a support section that actually does their job instead of leaving vague responses and then telling someone they wont fix the issue.

  I agree their support is terrible like they have all the resources in their program why not use it to have a server to actually provide genuine support its ridiculous!
