Native M1 Application for Apple Silicon Devices
Apple has migrated away from Intel processors to their own ARM-based silicon called the M1. With the recent release of the new and highly anticipated MacBook Pros Apple has doubled-down on their M1 chips with the new M1 Pro and M1 Max. Going forward there will no longer be an option to even purchase an Intel-based Mac. Obviously there is a very large Mac user base and I believe it is critical that you get a native M1 application created. Rosetta 2 does allow Discord to run, however this brings increased latency, lack of KRISP support, and a decrease in battery life due to efficiency issues. Please address this by releasing an application native to the ARM-based M1 chip lineup.
