Gamepass/YouTube Premium gift code restriction clarity

Is there a way you could add a warning popup somewhere to the redemption process of the gift codes so it's clear that the gift codes are for new users only? The wordings for neither of the promotions mention they're only for accounts that haven't used them before and the only way you'd know that would be

1) If you're the kind of person that always clicks the coloured "more details" link before using any kind of sofware

2) Use the link, go to the activation page and go through paying full price for a month so you can realize it doesn't apply for you.

Presumably you don't want the hassle of having to connect everyone's discord/microsoft/youtube accounts together so you can know on your end whether that account as already used a code. Either changing the wording or having a popup when you hit claim that makes sure you know it's only for accounts that haven't used one could save a lot of confusion

  They should just offer something else especially since allot of people have already used it once or have xbox game pass
