Text chat and group chat and server chat feature idea

Add a feature so we can see if a message was seen by the person or not that way we know if they read the message or not just like other application have the feature too see if someone read the message or not i noticed discord didn't have this feature but it would be a good idea too add this feature mainly due to we are unaware if someone seen or didn't see the message you sent them and for group server admins can see everyone who has seen the message with a list of names
