Following Announcements Channel/Published Messages

I've recently been creating a server where the users in my server can receive announcements from multiple servers relating to a certain group in a video game. After I follow every since announcement channel in the servers I wish, the user whom will post the announcement in those servers will have to click the "publish" button if they would like to have it sent to my server. Is there anyone to have the announcements "auto publish"?
