Be able to sort Slash commands

Hello !
Currently, it is impossible to sort Slash Commands in a specific order, the order of choices in the API query is ignored and indeed, they are in alphabetical order by default...

I propose that we, the developers, can sort them in a specific order and thus improve the user experience.

For example: putting /help in first place which is better than /ban
