Unnecessary removal of speech permissions when typing the R word.
You already remove the message having the R word in it. Further actions of the same kind get removed as well. Thus, punishing the person with the removal of chat permissions is absolutely unnecessary and accomplishes nothing, except the loss of conversation for all parties. If you plan to teach people to not use the word (ridiculous goals), you forgo the fact people, even when attempting to limit their learned vocabulary to fit the rules, constantly forget to do that by human error in heated conversations, in the mornings, or just plain forgetfulness. This means you ruin the chat experience for many people for their human errors, disrupt the conversational flow, and in general make people feel worse than they should. To top this off, the mute lasts for a freakishly long time, despite the fact it is proven in other chat sites such as pokemon showdown, that 5-minute mutes remove all the problems already, extending to LONGER mutes if the problem repeats itself within a short period of time. This would be if you actually needed to mute people to avoid them using the word. Which you don't due to its automatic removal.
