Voting System

Hello,

a feature requested by many is voting.
I've written a few ideas together and would be happy if you would implement such a voting system.
Surely there are already bots for something like this, but the vote (reaction) can be removed afterwards... For many that is a disadvantage!

Such a function may have the following features:

A time limited vote
Anonymous voting (Only certain roles can see who voted for what?)
Automatic announcement of the result (further voting no longer possible, edit the message with info what had the most votes)
Custom emojis or buttons for voting
Locking the reactions for these votes as soon as the voting is finished, so that the result can't be changed afterwards
Diagram of the result (For Staff?)
