Show Text Chat Notifications on game overlay

(User Settings > Game Overlay > Show Text Chat Notifications)

There is a very "dangerous" problem about this functionality for streamers.
It seems like the «Streamer Mode» doesn't block the display of these notifications on screen. Even if the option to block the notifications is enabled under Streamer Mode settings.
