A permission for bots to delete messages older than two weeks

This would allow for fast bulk deletion, without triggering spam filters because a request to the API wouldn't get made every few milliseconds. There could also be an option between: not giving the permission, only two weeks and newer and all messages in a channel, no matter the age.
