Add a voting feature

So you know how all votes are supposed to be anonymous right? Well, every Friday night, I host a movie night for the server. For every movie choice I use a reaction. And other people vote for the reaction of my choosing. Though I see some people wanna go with the flow of other folks so they wouldn't stand out. So I want every vote to be anonymous so nobody feels pressure for voting something else.
