Message settings

Recently I was sending uplifting messages/files to some people through dm's (making sure server rules permitted it first). Then, after sending about 10 "have a great day/night, depending on time zone:)" I was suddenly blocked by a bot showing that I had sent too many dm's at a time.

While I do agree that this is a reasonable block, I still want to send these messages in as much quantity as possible-and I might know of a way to do it.

Mabye if there was a "soliciting" feature, where in settings you can enable/disable it(default enabled) where people with a "solicitor" tag would face the bot like I did, and people without that tag didn't.

I think that this feature will take some trial and error, and quite a bit of testing, but I think that this would be a good addition to the game.
