Loading screen while connected

Happend multiple times (first a few day ago)
I switched to a local Subnet (Internet->Router->another Router->PC)

Conditions (maybe more/less/other):
Discord runs already (today before bug 6 hours)
I am in a voice chat and have the popout (Stream not nessecary*(*=grammar?))
Every time i have to restart

How i think it is Working:
Disconnect for a few milliseconds
Initialise loading screen
Connect
Code ask for a reconnect message/changes in connections
The code is waiting for the already send reconnect message/changes
