Account being hacked

My discord account I think is getting hacked I've tried to avoid it by changing the password and it's still does not work my friends are getting bad messages and I do not know what to do please help and do not ignore I had this account for a long time and he or she idk disabled my account but I got it back and it is still texting please help 

update I just changed my email again so let's see if that does anything

    I'd say email discord support as soon as possible. And also, change your password.

    I changed my password and my email and people are getting text from me that are not mine
