Everyone needs to cancel their Nitro immediately for discord even CONSIDERING supporting NFTs

It's bad enough that seemingly every celebrity under the sun is falling for this unbelievable scam, and discord even considering it should warrant mass boycott of nitro, immediately. The only thing that has given me even a sliver of hope in the grey timeline is seeing so many other threads here saying the same thing, and they must continue until and beyond this atrocity is rescinded.

I also recommend that nobody subscribe to nitro permanently, whatever decision is made. This slap to the face of users and planet alike must leave a permanent dark mark on the platform, and no one should forget that at one point, discord really thought about doing this garbage.

    Instead of taking action on the vast amount of scams / stock-pumpers / and totally-not financial advice paid trade servers, they allow and facilitate this BS.

    yes, cancel now. i waffled for a second like "i'll make the threat, i'll definitely cancel if they do it" but i think a better move is to cancel up-front. no more real money until you step away from the pile of fake money
