seriously you can be charged with a felony if you implement NFTs and then don't claim them on your taxes

    The Infrastructure Bill that proposes taxing crypto has only passed in the US House of Representatives. It still needs to get through the Senate and Biden needs to sign it. But yes, should it pass, crypto will be taxed heavily, and it will be a federal felony should you not report crypto transactions over $10,000.
