Do not implement crypto/nfts, i will cancel nitro and stop using the platform

I have been using discord for years now and have been a nitro user for at least to years now, but I will cancel this support if you choose to implement crypto/nfts. They offer a front for money laundering, harm artists(which would cause discord to suffer cause many artist use discord to share art) and is extremely harmful to the environment. Please, for the sake of your users, do not implement NFTs. We all like discord the way it is, do not make such a harmful change that benefits only a small amount of people.

    Commenting to help boost this. Discord needs to know that this is not what the userbase wants. To everyone else reading, cancel your Nitro subscription if you have one. Do NOT give your money to a company who is actively choosing to destroy our planet.
