NFT and Crypto equals global warming and money laundering

Just in case you haven't been seeing what a s*it storm is brewing in COP26, have some decency and don't jump on this crypto bandwagon. It's deeply insulting to your users from developing countries who anyway are dealing with the consequences of historical emissions by rich countries, and now one Norway's worth of electricity is being wasted on money laundering via crypto speculation and low quality ape images and pixel drawings made in paint.

Have some sense, don't be another white tech-bro company completely out of touch with reality outside of silicon valley. You should be encouraging pro-climate action and not the exact opposite. What next, discord gonna invest in coal plants? Or do you plan to partner with professional scammers? Jesus this is disgusting.

And this doesn't even factor in the environmental costs of all that mining hardware, or what it does for computer hardware shortages.
