Color Coordinated Pings

Hello! My name is Char and I came up with this idea to help better serve Owners and Mods for big Discord servers!

Basically, when a member pings a mod (lets say they have a role called, "NOOB" and its green.) the mod will see a green ping! If a staff pings another staff (lets say this role is called, "MODS" and its red.) then they shall see a red ping!

What purpose would this have?
-This would eliminate a lot of spam issues some mods have with trying to see important staff pings. 
-Create More Organized Pings

Another idea with this is this option can be DISABLED and ENABLED in the servers settings. That way if people don't like it this can easily be turned off with one switch.
This can also be adjusted to roles as well. Meaning if you make, "Noob 2" and its Orange and when you ping it the color will also appear.

How would we optimize this idea?
-Each time said person is pinged the top role will show up first! Meaning if, "Noob 2" was pinged and Orange ping showed up and they have a role called, "Staff" then Staff Ping would appear first then after you checked the ping it would switch the color to orange.
