Why is there no fillipino flag emoji

Look. I see all these flag emojis on discord. And thank you for doing it! In fact, there are so many flags I don't even recognize some of the flags! And that's not what I'm complaining about here. What I'm complaining about is THERE ISN'T A FLAG OF THE PHILIPPINES! YOU HAVE ALL THE FLAGS IN THE WORLD BUT THERE'S NO FLAG OF THE PHILLIPINES! SO PLEASE ADD IT! I'M SURE THERE'S LOTS OF OTHER PHILLIPINOS WHO ARE THINKING LIKE ME! SO PLEASE! ADD A PHILLIPINO FLAG
