The crypto/NFT space is of course, terrible for the environment, but it is also incredibly hostile to one's userbase. The culture around cryptocurrencies is rife with outright scams, often exploiting vulnerable people desperate to get lucky while already wealthy promoters & investors artificially inflate coins for their further profit.

To implement crypto into Discord would be to sign on to that culture and behavior, which is morally reprehensible. Reconsider this.
