If a game store didn't add anything to Discord then why would adding crypto?

You may remember Discord had a game store, but quickly removed it because not only was it not very popular but it also didn't add much to a chat program. I fail to see what adding crypto support will add to a chat program.

I canceled my Nitro sub and will NEVER renew it again if Discord implements crypto/NFT support. Crypto is bad for the environment, bad for artists and is rife with scams. I also do not give a single damn what the crypto "community" thinks, I do not wish to use a chat program to "earn", because the apparent need to earn money every single moment of the day is a completely ridiculous notion. I wish to use a chat program to chat with friends and those I care about. That's the entire point of a chat program.

Listen to the many, and not the few. None of us want Discord to support crypto/NFTs. We want to use Discord to chat with and play games with friends.
