Message suggestion: time programmed message

Sometimes moderators or admninistrators need to send the same message every month on the server, if we could program this message to send once every month (like every first day of the month) it would help so so much. 
Google Calendar have a similar function where you can repeat the event every monday of the week for example, or every 1st day of the month and you can custom this. 

This idea would be great for events too.
