Bad choice of words in German Translation in Twitch Integration

In the Twitch Server Integration, the message that shows if the Twitch account of the streamer got disconnected reads "Verbindung nicht möglich! [Streamer] muss sich in seinen Benutzereinstellungen erneut mit Twitch verbinden." 

As discord does not offer any way of setting pronouns, this defaults any streamer to masculine gender. I suggest replacing it with "den" instead of "seinen", which will make the entire Sentence gender neutral easily. You should probably reconsider your localization provider if this kind of simple fix flies past them.
