Cryptocurrency Concerns

I have heard terrible news that the CEO of Discord is thinking about getting the platform involved with cryptocurrency and NFTs. This needs to stop NOW. Cryptocurrency is terrible for the environment and the economy due to the extreme computing power needed to engage in bitmining. It sucks up so much energy and power unnecessarily! And it's why there's a computer chip shortage! It screws normal people out of the computer chips they need and out of a healthy environment just so a bunch of out-of-touch dudebros can play stupid games with a volatile and ridiculous new "stock" market. And NFTs are an absolutely ridiculous idea that undermines true art and flies in the face of what it means to produce, pay for, and share art! The CEO needs to back down on these issues immediately, or risk losing millions of Discord users! We'll find some other platform to utilize, or we'll make our own. You need us more than we need you. Get your act together, we're serious.
