Give users the ability to create IRL/Text Channel events that only viewable by certain roles.

Right now if an event is made that is not tied to a voice channel, everyone in the server can see it. I would like when an event is added , we can tie it to a role so only certain users can see it.

I.e.  Create "Wumpus Birthday Party" event -> Location "At the local pizza hut" -> Can only be seen by "WumpusVerified_Role" and  "WumpusTrusted_Role".

I ask this in part because I run a server for local LGBT people, and I would rather not give out locations of IRL meetups to literally any user who clicks on the public join link.
