Trademark symbol on Android invisible on dark theme
I've just come from Discord tech support as I assumed it was a textual bug, but apparently it isn't. I was asked to put this feedback here.
On Android, the :tm: ™ symbol, which gets "autocorrected" to an emoji becomes invisible when using the dark theme in the Android Discord client (can't reproduce on Windows as contrast is OK there). Apparently this is because the Android emoji font has a symbol for it that does not take dark backgrounds into account and therefore it shows as dark grey on dark grey... i.e. you can't see it!
I spent weeks working with support to try and figure this out until the coin dropped and it became clear it was purely visual and a problem with the Android emoji font having a dark grey :tm: ™ symbol with no outline or what not.
This could easily be solved by just using the extended ascii character ™ that has been part of normal text for decades instead of some emojified thing. Please consider this. I use the trademark symbol quite regularly and it's terrible that it's just not visible.

Hello, as a guess, it looks different on each device, only a special option can be made within the discord application.
