[Suggestion] More User Profile fields: Pronouns, Gender, and Birthday

I saw some people have already suggested pronouns, but I didn't see gender listed as a part of the suggestion. My suggestion is to generate 2 profile fields with a character limit, specifically for each gender and pronouns. Right now, we would have to use our current limited character fields for this. In addition, I feel the reason specifically to give this option is to normalize asking and providing this information. Due to that reason, having a single field for everything cannot replace having a separate location. Having a dropdown might be nice, but would take more research and development work. The benefit however is that if pronouns or gender was a list of premade drop down options, that would allow the ability to potentially translate readily.

I wanted to suggest this and a profile field for birthday--specifically only month and day. This though I'd do only as dropdown field options. Doing a numbers only might be a good idea, that way it doesn't need as much translation to get across internationally.

I'm hoping the added information for how I think this could be integrated would be helpful for the development team. Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration
