Account Disabled due to hacker

My account got disabled due to what I'm guessing is a hacker and I've submitted a support request but was denied getting my account back. I just want to be able to get my friends info and such and make a new one if that account has been bricked. Is there anyway I can do that or am I just royally screwed over because of this hacker?

    hi, you're same for me... is epic giveaways bot are sloten account or my blocked user (called doom playz), he sloten my account too, you forget to open 2fa, you can go to profile > 2fa is it! remember open the 2fa!
