Suggestion: Only allow images with alt text option

Provide us an option in server settings to only allow images to post after a user has added alt text to them to ensure access for screen reader users

    please add an option + a prompt to add limited-length alt text to the images, too! — often even people who technically know to add descriptors - post the descriptor with a delay, sometimes a couple messages later, if there's a high traffic.
