Image compressor OR original image size

My idea is that we could possibly get two options for uploading media.

1: You can upload a photo or a video, where the file size doesn't matter but it will get compressed on the way (similar to how Instagram works). Another alternative to this would be providing the user a compressor inside the client.

2: The video or photo file won't lose it's original quality, but there will be a file size limit depending on whether you have discord nitro or not (as it is now).

This would be really helpful, as I wouldn't have to compress my files anymore before sending them, which takes a lot of time.
